Our Energizing Gentle Yoga class is meant for all levels of practice. It's a place where you can start without being intimidated by your lack of yoga know how, and instead become empowered by the patience and care of teachers who know how to guide beginners and those who need modified poses.  Experienced students will find this a great gentle and relaxing experience for the mind and body.
